LED ZEPPELIN Honored By President Barack Obama

While Led Zeppelin might not consider themselves metal, we certainly do, and being one of the biggest rock bands of all time is one thing, but getting honored by a U.S. President is something different all together.

The legendary rock band received the Kennedy Award this past Sunday, December 2nd, presented by the President and Barack Obama was in rare form, delivering a hilarious speech honoring the band.

If this whole presidency thing falls though, Barack certainly can rely on a stand-up career as back up.

Led Zep just released Celebration Day, a live CD/DVD set showcasing their 2007 reunion show. Buy it on Amazon.com.
