Hey Look, MINSK Is Back After Six Years!

Time for a new album!

Time for a new album!

Since Minsk's 2009 release With Echoes In the Movement of Stone, the band has undergone a lineup change of The Faceless proportions. Bassist and vocalist Sanford Parker (Buried At Sea, Corrections House) was ultimately replaced by bassist Zachary Livingston, drummer Tony Wyioming was replaced by Kevin Rendleman and second guitarist Aaron Austin was added to the lineup. So how has this changed the group's sound? Not at all.

The Crash and the Draw will be out Apr. 7 via Relapse Records and we'll all be waiting with baited breath to hear a single. So far it sounds like typical doom-and-gloom Minsk, which is no way, shape or form a bad thing.
