Filmmaker Justin Jackson must be a big fan of the band Rosetta because he's taking it upon himself to document the band's process of self-financing and self-distributing their 2013 album The Anaesthete. It was the band's first record that was completely independently done and Jackson has been with the band since then filming the entire process and how the band has fared out in the music world on their own. As Jackson puts it, "the future of the band hinges on the album's results."
See, this is where you come in. Jackson is asking for a reasonable $6,000 to get the project all finished up and has already raised close to $2,500 with 30 days left! Usually I'm opposed to posting about these IndieGoGo things because they're usually ridiculous, but Jackson's project is an interesting one and deserves the attention. Check it out and donate!
