If you haven't heard of the "Harlem Shake" by now, you might be living under an internet rock. The meme spread like wildfire the last few weeks on the internet. I first heard about it from perennial trendsetter Sgt. D.
The basic jist of the meme is there is somebody in a room dancing with a helmet on to the tune of “Harlem Shake” by Baauer, and when the beat drops, suddendly the video cuts and everybody in the room is dancing. Here is the origin of the meme:

You can see more versions of the Shake here, but I think I just found my favorite version, "Harlem Shake in Drop E." Yes, that's right…somebody made a metal version of the song to soothe my ears, and it's pretty great:

The person responsible for this is Andrew Baena of Galactic Pegasus, which is a wonderful name for a band. If you dig the sick breakdowns, you can download the cover for free right here.
Now I ask you, do you do the Harlem Shake?
Update: As MetalSucks points out, both Misery Signals and We Came As Romans have contributed their own video to the meme, which seems to be on it's last legs.
