Gone Is Gone, the new project featuring Mastodon's Troy Sanders on bass/vocals, Queens Of The Stone Age's Troy Van Leeuwen on guitar, and At The Drive-In drummer Tony Hajjar and guitarist/keyboardist Mike Zarin, made little to no waves with its debut EP that came out in July. It was a promising EP, but ultimately it just sort of fell short of expectations. So maybe the band will pick it up on its LP?

Gone Is Gone will be releasing Echolocation on January 7 via Rise Records. You can check out the band's track "Sentient" below, which is a dreamy, elongated trip throughout the aether. Oh, and don't forget to get your pre-orders in!
