Khemmis is one of those bands that you almost have to label as "doom," because it's the only umbrella term that encapsulates what the band is doing. Khemmis ranges from straight up death metal, to old school metal and rock, though this time it's more Sleep than anything else. "Beyond The Door" is riffs on riffs delivered without much hurry… and it rules. Seriously, if you're going to go the "slow and low" route, this is a prime example of how to do it with style.
