Across 28 minutes and 17 tracks, Trocar pays tribute to everything from the gurgling grindcore of Agoraphobic Nosebleed to the gory grossness of Exhumed, and beyond! "Gurgling" is a good adjective for Extremities too, considering all the vocal styles sound like varying degrees of truly puking your fucking brains out.
