On March 31st, the death metal two piece Regurgitate Life will release their brutal opus Obliteration Of The Self via Truthseeker Music, and it is already one of my favorite releases this year!
The no bullshit, raw and energetic pummeling you find on the album, paired up against wide open melodic passages, provides the perfect juxtaposition you'll crave once more by the time you finish the album.
