Kilter, the band featuring bassist Laurent David, drummer Kenny Grohowski (Imperial Triumphant, John Zorn), and saxophonist Ed Rosenberg III (Jerseyband, Heart of Barf), is here to jazz your day up with their new EP Sys. Equal parts crushing metal and dizzying progressive, the three songs found on Sys are nothing short of brilliantly composed and generally fantastic.
