Five Finger Death Punch's 2017 has been nothing short of very, very publicized. In June, frontman Ivan Moody quit the band yet again on stage, which was later confirmed as "not a publicity stunt." Moody said he was sitting out the rest of the band's European tour to go back to rehab, and eventually he checked in with fans to say that he'd be back on August 19 to play the Illinois State Fairgrounds Grandstand.
True to his word, Moody came back and did an excellent job. We hope rehab did him well, and all the best on the road once more. For everybody's sake, let's hope they figured out an amicable solution to keep Ivan on the road and sober. No word on what the deal is with the new album just yet, but it seems to be one thing at a time with FFDP right now.
