Vomit Fist is the product of familial love, a real father and son bonding experience much like the father-daughter grind duo Sockweb. Why it's always grindcore is beyond me, but whatever. It's still cool. Anyway!

Yeah, I'd probably jam this on my iPod or whatever. I like that they're a father-son group (and a third dude who may or may not be related to them), but they're not relying on the gimmick of being family. They're actually trying to knock out a good grind song and have done so pretty damn well. I'll totaly be checking out the album and you should too, lest you want to be punched in the face with vomit.
