Dude Chooses Ghostbusters Theme At Karaoke But Sings "Closer," Nails It

It actually works.

Ghostbusters came out in 1984 and featured the ever-popular theme song written by Ray Parker Jr. (who then got sued by Huey Lewis and the News for plagiarism over it). Nine Inch Nails released their song "Closer" in 1994 on their insanely popular and quite troubled album The Downward Spiral.

To say farewell to 2019 some dude at bar karaoke decided to mash the two together. This man's identity is a mystery, but he is a hero to us all.
