Cough has been silent ever since its 2010 record Ritual Abuse, though by the sound of its brand new single, the band took all that time to really hone its sound and crank out some badass material. Cough will be releasing its new album Still They Pray, which was produced by Electric Wizard's guitarist Jus Oboure, on June 3 via Relapse Records.
You can get lost in the funerary sounds of "The Wounding Hours" below, which just nails that deep, dark, "funeral home" kind of sound so many bands are going for.
