Born Of Osiris is currently touring out on the West Coast, where an apocalyptic snowstorm is also doing the same. The storm and the band met up in Oregon and things didn't go so well. Born Of Osiris ended up getting stuck in the parking lot of a Walmart for two days after sections of the I-84 interstate highway were shut down due to severe weather. The band was not allowed to proceed on the highway due to not having chains on their tires.
KPTV Fox 12 Oregon did a story on the snowmageddon situation and ended up giving Born Of Osiris a solid chunk of airtime starting around 1:40 in the below video. It's also a little funny that Born Of Osiris refers to themselves as a "rock and roll" band, likely to avoid confusion or scaring off the reporter.
Born Of Osiris' new record The Simulation is out now and is one of the two records they'll be putting out this year.
