A/V Roundup: New Music From STEEL PANTHER, PUSCIFER, TESSERACT, LEVIATHAN, MIKE PATTON

It's getting darker earlier and earlier each days. Which just means there is more of the night to party during! Right? Eh, I'd rather have more daylight. Regardless, check out these new tracks we found around the web today:

Ever since Steel Panther's Michael Starr called into the Livecast this week, and then we played their new single "17 Girls In A Row," I have not been able to get the track out of my head. It's too damn catchy. This lyric video the band released doesn't help matters for me, as now there are some sexy visuals to go with the rippin' solos. Check it out!

I have to admit that I'm not the biggest Puscifer fan (it's a bit too indulgent for my tastes) but their performance on Letterman the other night was pretty awesome, especially the rippin' key solo by Paul Schaffer at the end of the clip.

Tesseract are releasing a free mp3 in celebration of their new vocalist, Elliot Coleman. The band is giving away the track "Eden 2.0" on their Soundcloud page. There is a download button on the right side that you can hit to grab the track. The band also released a video for this song last week. Watch it here.

For those of you who like your metals doomy and gloomy, I highly recommend checking out the new Leviathan track, "Contrary Pulse" over at Invisible Oranges. If the one track is any indication, this album is going to rule.

Oh look, a new Mike Patton track. YAY
