Axl Rose's publicist is doing a really great job lately, I mean this sincerely. The way the entire Guns N Roses reunion was slowly leaked out to the press and then confirmed was masterful. They managed to squeeze out two or three stories per news item. Seriously, we wrote about five stories on the band's reunion and summer tour before any of it was even confirmed. Now, perhaps they are trying their magic again with Axl's stint as AC/DC's vocalist.
Earlier today, Guitar World posted two short clips. The videos don't show much, it's basically a shot of a door, but the audio is what tells the story. While a little low at first, if you pump up your volume, it's clear as day that you can hear Axl Rose belting out some AC/DC tunes. There is no location stamp on where these videos were recorded, but AC/DC's next show back is later this week, May 7th, so it makes sense that they are practicing. Here are two videos that allegedly were recorded right outside the band's rehersal space.
Here's "Thunderstruck"

Not bad at all. See the full routing of Axl Rose's scheduled performances with AC/DC here.
