Shout out to my brostafa Vince Neilstein over at MetalSucks for making me aware of Rex Brown's new project, Arms of the Sun. The man knows his hard rock, and Arms of the Sun are certnainly a solid hard rock band. I spent the better part of the last hour going through their collection of songs on their Myspace page and I have not been disappointed. The music is a bit more mid-tempo, very gritty and groovy; certainly worth kicking back and checking out.
