Aquilus isn't the type of project to give update after update on social media about new material, so the fact that we've got a solid minute of new music is phenomenal. Aquilus took to Facebook to post the below teaser of some new material, and if you're familiar with his prior work, you'd know that this is exactly the amount of unsettling and symphonic you should expect.
The last full length we got from Aquilus was 2011's Griseus, which may very well be one of the best and most unique symphonic metal albums ever recorded. Aquilus said in April that a full length is due in late 2017, and a second one is due maybe sometime 2018.
