Antemasque, or the reunited Mars Volta, made big news last week by… existing pretty much. The band certainly have that old Mars Volt sound but it's super stripped down and lo-fi now in a really cool way. The single "4 a.m." bade well for the group and that hopefulness is being kept alive with the new song "Hangin' In the Lurch." In true lyrical fashion of the duo, I have no idea what the song is about but it's stuck in my head now, so have fun with that.
Still no word on when the band plan on dropping their debut.
