Hitting play on Allegaeon's "Threshold of Perception" is a lot like stepping into a universe full of blinding lights and free food- confusing, but you slowly realize this is something you're interested in. Right off the bat you're treated to insane orchestral compositions, terrifying choral arrangements and guitars that buzz around your ers like melodic, angry bees. Then… riffs! So many damn riffs and groove! That's pretty much the rest of the song, which is great because that's exactly where I was hoping it would go.
You would be insane not to pick up Elements of the Infinite on June 24 when it drops via Metal Blade.
