Alice Cooper, famed shock rock legend and admittedly a pretty big Goofy fan, will play treasure hunter Alistair Coop De Ville in Disney Channel's upcoming Mickey And The Roadster Racers show. Cooper tells Entertainment Weekly that he's pretty stoked about the role, and that it's nice to not be the villain for once.
"It's so funny that they have a snake coming out of my top hat — the two things that Alice is known for. And it's a non-threatening character. Generally, when I play parts in movies or TV, I'm always the villain. It's kind of nice to not be the villain for once."
Cooper will star in the episode "Goof Quest" on July 5, and you can check out a trailer below. Show the kids! It actually looks really adorable.
