That's a wrap! Rob Zombie has officially finished filming his new Munsters movie. Zombie has taken to Instagram to post a handful of photos from the final days of the shoot, saying "Well, that’s a wrap on everyone involved with The Munsters! Thanks Budapest you’ve been great. ? Enjoy your new Mockingbird Lane. ? Next stop the airport. ?" All we know from the trailer so far is that the movie has a fairly retro look to it, and that it'll be out sometime this year.
In related news, original Eddie Munster actor Butch Patrick recently mentioned in an interview that the movie will be damn near three hours long. Which isn't exactly what we expected from a family-friendly PG movie (and not a gritty, horrific reboot), but now that we've seen the trailer we're on board!
As The Munsters begins to take form, Rob Zombie will hit the road with Mudvayne, Static-X, and Powerman 5000 later this month. Get those dates below.
