What you're going to find below is a list titled "The Approximate List of Foreign Musical Groups and Artist Whose Repertoires Contain Ideologically Harmful Compositions" that was distributed to Community Party officials in January of 1985. These artists were banned from ever being played in the USSR because of that extremely long reason. I would imagine there are more artists included on this list since this version, which has been translated, is "approximate."
