David Lynch's critical-darling of a series, Twin Peaks, is currently in the middle of its revival season and last night on episode 8, out of nowhere, Nine Inch Nails, billed as "The Nine Inch Nails" showed up to perform the track “She’s Gone Away” from their 2016 EP Not the Actual Events.
Lynch and NIN frontman Trent Reznor have collaborated in the past, with Lynch directing the 2013 music video for "Came Back Haunted" and Reznor scoring Lynch's 1997 movie Lost Highway.
