Opeth will be releasing Sorceress tomorrow, and I'm not sure if fans know what to make of it or not. Between the album's announcement and now, they've heard three tracks and read a handful of reviews. I've heard the entire record and I'm still not sure what to make of it. It's a really strange, extremely off-brand album for Opeth that takes a while to sink in, for better or worse. So it'll be interesting to see where this lands, if at all, in December when year end lists are coming out!
