Red Hot Chili Peppers recently arrived in Belarus and were immediately detained by customs officials. They weren't doing anything wrong, the officials just thought they were Metallica and made them sign Metallica merchandise. The best part of this is that the band tried to tell the officials that they were, in fact, not Metallica… but hey, a signature is a signature.
No word on if the officials got any more information on the new Metallica album from Flea.
