TOMMY LEE Blasts Artists Promoting Their Shows During LA Fires Despite MÖTLEY CRÜE Doing Exactly That

C'mon, man.

Tommy-Lee

Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee is none too pleased with bands and artists promoting their albums and tours as the LA wildfires rage on. In a post on Instagram, Lee wrote: "Makes me fucking sick to see most people just caring on a posting on lame ass social media! Guys right now nobody gives a flying fuck when your record drops or the next concert is when so many people are in the middle of one of the biggest disasters of all time!”

He continued: "I get that some comic relief is always needed, but Jesus Christ leave it all alone and maybe just stop and see who needs help if you can.""

At this point it should be noted that Mötley Crüe posted on January 13 about their upcoming Las Vegas residency this March. Obviously Lee isn't the one that runs all the social media accounts for Mötley Crüe, but it does seem like maybe the dude should've checked on that before blasting everyone else for posting about their upcoming tour dates and albums.

That aside, the Los Angeles wildfires are extremely serious. At least 24 people have been killed in the fires, which have ripped across roughly 60 square miles. Over 12,000 structures have been damaged or destroyed, and over 100,000 people have been evacuated. The Official Website of the City of Los Angeles has set up a resource center for anyone in the area, or for anyone who wants to help out residents of the city who are suffering. That resource center can be found here.
