Well holy crap! There's a rumor flying around that there very well could be a tour featuring the Death tribute band Death to All, Obituary, Massacre and Rivers of Nihil this fall! Let's think about this logically here for a minute-
- Death to All tour at least once per year, and given the fact that it could be any combination of former band members that make the lineup complete it's not like one guy being busy ruins the whole thing.
- Obituary are coming out with a new record soon and they're obviously going to hit the road for it in some capacity or another.
- Obituary and Massacre both have Terry Butler on bass, so Massacre can come along too!
- Rivers of Nihil seem to tour with everyone in existence.
So there! It's not the most sound logic to have ever been conceived, but it makes enough sense to justify a little bit of excitement! Consider this 100-percent unsubstantiated for the time being though, even though our friends at MetalSucks say they spoke with a very reliable source who confirmed the tour is happening.
This is just us getting excited about something could totally rule. The current Death to All tour ends on June 29, so I'd assume we'll hear something after then.
