KORN Announces Second ADIDAS Collaboration

Coming later this month!

Korn ADIDAS

Korn is teaming up with Adidas once again for a second merch line, due out May 15. For those somehow unaware, the collaboration is a play on Korn's 1997 track "A.D.I.D.A.S.", which was very much not about merch… and also featured a very quiet, strange guest spot.

The announcement is in line with the rumors that Korn and Adidas have two collaborations coming in 2024, so stay tuned for a second one soon?

"#KoRn x ADIDAS drop #2 coming May 15 online and in select adidas stores," wrote Korn on their social media. "Sign up now through May 14 on the adidas APP / CONFIRMED to enter the raffle. The full collection, including our webstore exclusive green sequin tracksuit and supermodified shoes, will be available at http://KoRnwebstore.com next Wednesday. Set a reminder."

These collaborations for merch also put Korn vocalist Jonathan Davis' 2021 comments to Kerrang! in a much more comedic light regarding Adidas turning them down all those years ago.

"Get this shit," said Davis at the time. "Their reply was, 'adidas is a sports company. We do sports, not music.' I would look out into the crowd and see all these kids wearing adidas shit at our shows, but they couldn't do anything for us. Then you've got Kanye West and all these other people with their own [custom] shoes [in the years since]. What the flying fuck?!"

"We switched to Puma because they told us they'd put us in a commercial and give us a little money to wear their shit. We were just like, 'Fuck yeah! That's more than adidas ever did for us!' It wasn't a sell-out thing. It was about respect."

Korn recently announced a North American tour with Gojira and Spiritbox for this September and October. Get the full list of dates below and get your tickets here.
