There's been a pretty considerable hype over ASG in the recent months, and now I finally get to hear what everyone's on about!
Here it is courtesy of Pitchfork! Just an aside real quick- I love their stye of streaming albums lately with the artworks and videos, etc. Gives that extra dimension of cool, if that makes any sense. Anyway, ASG's Blood Drive is pretty sweet for the major-keyed doom-and-roll whatever you want to call it that it is. The more you listen to it, the more you sit there and think to yourself, "you know, I'm enjoying this more than I did when I hit play the first time." It's a grower, but it's a growth that isn't easily shaken either. Go get grown upon!
