PANOPTICON Unleash Kentucky In Digital Form

With Kentucky, Panopticon delivered one of 2012's best and most original metal albums – a mixture of raw Cascadian black metal and Appalachian bluegrass that somehow meshes together amazingly well. But, until recently, the album was hard to come by because it was available only as an ultra limited edition LP through Handmade Birds Records. Fortunately, it's recently gotten much easier (and cheaper) for people to hear Kentucky. Panopticon's label, Pagan Flames, recently began pressing the album in CD form, and Austin Lunn, Panopticon's mastermind, uploaded the album to his Bandcamp page last week.

The CD costs $8 and the digital download is only $3. So, for as little as $3, fans of awesome, groundbreaking music can give Kentucky a listen. And the experience is well worth the price of admission. Check out Panopticon's Bandcamp page to stream Kentucky for free or purchase the digital album. You can also order a physical CD including some sweet artwork and packaging at Pagan Flames.
