Obviously Knotfest isn't happening live in person this year, so Slipknot is taking things online and giving them a whole new twist. Slipknot has announced their free online festival Knotfest.com Presents: Pulse Of The Maggots Fest, which will kick off at noon PST on November 13 at Knotfest's website.

The festival will also launch a special Pulse Of The Maggots t-shirt, which a portion of proceeds will go to MusiCares.
