Joey Jordison is back, y'all.

Joey Jordison is back, y'all.

Ex-Slipknot drummer Joey Jordison launched Vimic in 2016 with two singles, and now the band is back with some much bigger news. Vimic will release its debut album Open Your Omens at some point in 2018, which was mixed by Megadeth frontman and guitarist Dave Mustaine.

Aside from his work engineering the album, Mustaine's guitar-work is also featured on the song "Fail Me (My Temple)" which you can check out below. Here's what he had to say about the album.

"This album wails! Joey Jordison and Vimic are incredible. High-octane drumming and heavy, melodic songs make this band something you definitely need to check out! I dig them so much I laid a solo down on one of their songs, 'Fail Me (My Temple)'."
