Two years after I declared that heavy metal ugly Christmas sweaters have jumped the shark, Slipknot have decided to release one.
The band is selling their ugly sweater exclusively on their merch shop for $60.
The only Christmas sweater officially endorsed by me is The Acacia Strain's "Human Santapede" sweater. All others, including this rather boring entry, seem lame in comparison. The only other exception is maybe Foo Fighter's black metal inspired Christmas sweater, but even that one seemed like it was trying to hard.
This one seems like it's a bit too safe, it's just an ugly Christmas sweater for the sake of being one. Then again, am I spending too much time analyzing Christmas sweater designs?
