A Perfect Circle, a project that has only released two albums and a covers album in their entire career, are putting out a "greatest hits" album, Three Sixty on November 19th.
The cash grab release will feature a studio version of the song "By and Down," which the band has been performing live for some time. Seeing as this is the only reason you'd buy the album, naturally, it's made its way online.

SPIN premiered the track, which can be heard above. Can you even get through the entire thing? I'm on my third listen and it's a big giant MEH!
I watched a live version too and I guess it's slightly better, but the tempo just kills it for me. It just keeps building to nothing. GET THERE ALREADY!
