Illumishade is now streaming the super catchy new single "Cloudreader" from their upcoming record Another Side Of You, due out February 16. The single comes alongside a video by Mirko Witzki of Witzki Visions.
"'Cloudreader' describes our human journey as an ever-flowing tide of decay and renewal from which we can harvest a devout humility," said Illumishade of the single. "Deeply remedial at its core, this song is a pathfinder for individual peace."
Illumishade is vocalist Fabienne Erni and guitarist Jonas Wolf (both of Eluveitie) alongside orchestrator and synth player Mirjam Skal, bassist Yannick Urbanczik, and drummer Marc Friedrich. Special shout out to Wolf on this particular single for throwing in that tasteful solo right in the middle of all that earworm goodness.
