“This song was modeled after ‘The Spindle of Necessity,’ an image that was used to organize the cosmos by the Ancient Greeks," said Suhy. "The Spindle contains the 7 classical planets and the 12 zodiac signs. The song was written using a pentatonic scale that moves 3 times in a nod to the 3 fates associated with the spindle. The song also features an incredible electric flute solo by Melissa Keeling."
