Enter The Black With ABBATH's New Song "Harvest Pyre"

Unsurprisingly black metal, as always.

Abbath will release his new record Outstrider on July 5 and just dropped the debut single from it titled "Harvest Pyre." As to be expected from the ex-Immortal frontman, the song is very much black metal and the music video evokes that imagery perfectly.

Outstrider was recorded at Dub Studios in Kristiansand, Norway with producer Endre Kirkesola (Blood Red Throne, In Vain, etc.). The record is the first to feature drummer Ukri Suvilehto (Suvilehto, Tuliterä), bassist Mia Wallace (ex-The True Endless) and guitarist Ole André Farstad (Ilti Milta). The record will also close out with a cover of Bathory's "Pace Till Death" from their 1988 record Blood Fire Death.
