Bison's last album, Lovelessness, came out via Metal Blade Records in 2012, and the band followed it up with an independent and digital EP titled One Thousand Needles in 2014. Now with bassist Shane Clark (Worse, ex-3 Inches Of Blood) in the group, Bison has announced that it'll be releasing You Are Not The Ocean, You Are The Patient on June 23 in Europe and July 7 in North America via Pelagic Records.
Vocalist Dan And had this to say about the coming album.
"The new songs still sound like 'us,' whatever that means, but we aren’t concerned with shying away from whatever influences creep up. The older we get and the longer we play together, the less we give a shit about trying to sound like anything in particular."
