Melvins will see this absolute garbage year out with a five-song livestream event titled Melvins TV: Volume 1, New Year’s Evil. The event will take place on December 31 at 3pm EST and tickets (alongside a merch drop) are available via Melvins' website here.
“Melvins TV, New Year’s Evil is as close to a live show as we can get during this hideous pandemic,” said vocalist and guitarist Buzz Osborne. “We’ll be doing more of these so tune in and enjoy! Happy New Year!”
The livestream is the first in a series of coming streams and will feature the band's lineup of Osborne, drummer Dale Crover, and bassist Steven McDonald. Melvins will release their new album Working With God on February 26 and Crover will release his new solo album Rat-A-Tat-Tat! on January 15.
