Vince Neil Fell Offstage, Rushed To Hospital For Possible Broken Ribs

Metal Injection wishes Neil a speedy recovery from what looks like a nasty fall.

Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil was performing with his solo band last night at the Monster on the Mountain festival in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and a few songs into the show, he fell off the stage. Neil was hurt enough to go to the hospital for X-rays and a member of his solo band announced to the crowd that he might have suffered a broken rib.

TMZ obtained the below footage of the moment of the fall. TMZ notes "there was a small gap between the speaker and the stage that Vince didn't see and he fell through the crevice onto the floor."

After the fall, bassist Dana Strum tells the crowd "The truth is Vince fell and broke ribs when he fell. He can't breathe and he's gonna get dealt with medically. He was so excited to be here. He lives in Tennessee. But he was willing to stick it out and tough it out when the people back here were telling him 'Don't do it.' Let's have one good round of applause, please, for this guy."

Neil was taken away in an ambulance to a hospital and rushed for x-rays. While there is no update on his status, he is reported to be awake and alert. Footage below. We wish Vince a speedy recovery.

Neil recently revealed he was working hard getting into shape for the big Crue reunion tour next year.

Neil has revealed he's getting into shape with the help of Emsculpt Neo®, which describes itself as “a revolutionary non-invasive fat burning and muscle building device that helps trim, strengthen, define, lift and tone your body with incredible ease,” combining “ high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy with radiofrequency (RF) energy to build muscle and reduce fat simultaneously,”

The marketing for the machine says you “can help you achieve your dream body without sacrificing your lifestyle — because who has time to spend hours at the gym?”. Certainly, not Vince Neil. Watch the footage of the machine in action here.

Mötley Crüe is slated to begin their stadium tour with Def LeppardPoison, and Joan Jett And The Blackhearts in June 2022.
