THE WORD ALIVE Releases T-Shirt After Losing $10,000 Of Personal Belongings In Robbery

The robbery happened last week.

THE WORD ALIVE

The Word Alive were wrapping up their tour in Sacramento, CA when they were robbed of $10,000 in belongings. Vocalist Telle Smith said the band did not lose any musical gear, just that the band "were broken into and robbed last night." The Word Alive has now launched a benefit t-shirt to help them recoup some of their losses, and you can grab that here.

As many of you know we had the misfortune of being victims of a robbery in the early hours of March 4th in Sacramento CA as we were preparing to play the final date of The Drug In Me Is Gold Tour. Our van was broken into and personal items were stolen from band and crew ranging from clothes, cash, electronics and sentimental items we could never replace to top it off. The total loss including damage is nearly $10,000 so we are launching this shirt in hopes of recovering even a portion of that loss. We just wanted to say THANK YOU for all of the love and support. For those who can’t financially afford this, even streaming MONOMANIA and spreading the word means everything to us. We’ll be back stronger than ever on tour this summer and beyond!
