As part of our monthly round from yet to be household names, I'm here to bring you all the best singles from smaller acts we featured on the site this past February!

AZUSA

Azusa, the band featuring Extol guitarist Christer Espevoll and drummer David Husvik, ex-The Dillinger Escape Plan bassist Liam Wilson, and Sea + Air vocalist Eleni Zafiriadou, will release their new album Loop of Yesterdays on April 10, and it rules!

INSECT ARK

Insect Ark, the duo featuring Dana Schechter (Swans) and Andy Patterson (SubRosa), has just release their new album The Vanishing on February 28, and it's every bit of life a deep dive into your own consciousness, as you can hear from their full LP stream here.

OVERT ENEMY

Overt Enemy have made a name for themselves in recent years as one of Texas's premier thrash metal bands, and now have an EP worth your ear!

WINTERFYLLETH

English black metal group Winterfylleth will release their new record The Reckoning Dawn on May 8, and it's a melodic adventure you should hear.

WHITE STONES

Opeth bassist Martin Mendez recently launched his new band White Stones, with new album Kuarahy due out March 20, and we couldn't be happier so far.

EXHORDER

Groove metal pioneers Exhorder released their first new album in 27 years titled Mourn the Southern Skies and they released an extra track that serves as the cherry on top!

AZURE EMOTE

Azure Emote is the project headed up by vocalist Mike Hrubovcak (Monstrosity, Hypoxia, Divine Rapture) joined by guitarist Ryan Moll (Rumpelstiltskin Grinder, Total Fucking Destruction) and drummer Mike Heller (Fear Factory/Malignancy), and the result speaks for itself!

RAIDER

Raider are primed to drop their new album Guardian of the Fire on March 20th and their single is a energetic pounder you need to hear.

TRIBE OF PAZUZU

Tribe of Pazuzu, the band featuring Flo Mounier (Cryptopsy, Vltimas), Randy Harris (ex-Macification), and Nick Sagias (Soulstorm, ex-Pestilence), will release their new EP King of all Demons on March 6, and it's the death metal stomper you've been waiting for.

MOON DESTROYS

Moon Destroys features veterans multi-instrumentalist Juan Montoya (ex-Torche) and drummer Evan DiPrima (ex-Royal Thunder), and even better features Mastodon bassist and vocalist Troy Sanders on their debut single "Blue Giant."
