SEBASTIAN BACH Blasts Bands Playing During Pandemic: They "Care Only About Taking Your Money"

Bach takes a stand.

Sebastian Bach is not a fan of all the bands going out on the road and playing shows the last few weeks, as the world is dealing with the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Some states have lifted restrictions and bands have begun playing those states (North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin among the states). For Bach, he's not into it.

Bach wrote on Twitter "Any 'musicians' putting on rock n' roll shows in the United States of America at this time care only about taking your money and do not give one single shit if you live or die."

He continued "My fans mean everything to me they have given me an incredible life. I will protect my fans. My fans actually mean more to me than money does."

It should be noted he tweeted this shortly after the news of Fozzy playing shows that weren't socially distanced this weekend. Bach has made his displeasure with Fozzy and frontman Chris Jericho very known recently.

One fan came to the artists' defense against Bach saying "Cut them a little slack, Bach. Not everyone was gifted with a kickass one-of-a-kind 'un-emulative' rock voice like yours. But they're at least trying to contribute and support the rock and roll community."

Bach was not having it, while also taking a subtle dig at Jericho. "Bands that pretend to sing live on stage do not support the rock n' roll community. They support the 'Don't be Tardy for the Party' community. Performers who pretend to sing live to a tape wreck it for those of us who actually do."

Bach very much wants to go out on the road but doesn't think it's safe. His message from a few weeks ago makes that clear: "If you support Donald Trump you stand against rock n' roll ? and every musician in America who has been put out of work because a reality television show host doesn't believe in science."
