The New Orleans Advocate reports that a crew member on the set of the Motley Crue Netflix biopic, The Dirt, is now suing the band and media company over injuries occurred on the set last year.

Louis DiVincenti claims that while performing his duties as a rigging grip, a power line shock left him with second and third degree burns on over 50% of his body.

The incident happened while the film was shooting a scene set to take place in the legendary rock club, the Whisky A Go Go. DiVincenti claims he was handling a metal pipe that made contact with a power line and sent a electric current through his body. He was only given a 2% chance to live but made it. According to the report, " he suffered severe burns over half of his body that resulted in numerous surgeries, skin grafts and the amputation of his right foot" adding "He still suffers from his injuries a year later, he said."

DiVincenti is seeking $1.8 million in damages, including medical bills.
