Volbeat seems to be keeping with their "release an album every three years" schedule, according to Rob Caggiano.
Caggiano says in an interview with Belfast Metal that Volbeat has been working on a bunch of new ideas and the band would like to hit the studio at the end of the year.
"We've been working, actually, on some ideas. We've been writing a bunch, actually. So, yeah, we're planning on going into the studio at some point at the end of this year."
Here's hoping Volbeat gets some cool guests on this one like they did in 2013 when they got King Diamond and Napalm Death frontman Barney Greenway. Volbeat's newest album will be their first with new bassist Kaspar Boye Larsen, who joined in 2016 after the departure of founding bassist Anders Kjølholm in 2015.
