It's been a little over a year since Danny Worsnop decided to quit Asking Alexandria and the band replaced him with Ukranian vocalist Denis Shaforostov, who used to be in Make Me Famous. After Worsnop went and did a country solo record, he's been hanging out with his former best pal and Asking Alexandria guitarist Ben Bruce, and based on a few teases from the band and their label, it seems like Danny is back in the fold.
It started with tweets about Danny and Ben hanging out for the first time in a while last month:

Shortly after, Bruce posted a photo in the studio with Worsnop for an as-yet-revealed project:
Then, earlier this week Sumerian Records posted a photo of Asking Alexandria's original lineup with Worsnop in the fold:
Meanwhile today, Sumerian founder Ash Avildsen posted that he landed in Pheonix for a rehersal:
just landed in Phoenix for a very exciting and suspense filled band rehearsal… ?

And the true smoking gun is that both Worsnop and Bruce sharing the same photo of going out drinking:

So, it's easy to see how the group could have rekindled things. Asking Alexandira will head out on a headlining tour next week called the 10 Years In The Black Tour, and I guess we'll know for sure then if Worsnop is back in the band or not. For what it's worth, Denis Shaforostov has remained virtually silent on the matter.
Let's look back to happier times when I got a chance to talk to Bruce and Worsnop at the Golden Gods a few years back:
