As Blood Runs Black is recording a new album, which is news to me! That's the good news. The bad news is someone stole all their stuff from their van outside the Oakland Metro in Oakland, Ca.
The band took to Facebook to make the announcement and it doesn't look like anyone knows anything yet, but you know the drill- keep an eye out for laptops, hard drives, cameras, iPads and luggage at pawn shops in the area! I hope the band posts pictures of all their stuff too so anyone in the area can help them out a little bit. The band had this to say about the entire incident.
"After last nights recording session as some of us were getting ready to head home and others to another hotel we walked across the street to check out a show at the Oakland Metro for about an hour and when we came out the vehicle we been traveling in was broken into. Some asshole stole all our laptops, hard drives, cameras, iPad, and luggage. Who steals dirty underwear?!? We did what any normal person would do and hid everything from eye site, the windows were tinted, and there was a security guard in the parking lot when we went inside. Surprisingly they left the guitars which we are using today to track the remainder of the album. We find it odd that our vehicle was the only one singled out and this happened in an open parking lot with people around with quite a bit of stuff stolen.
