FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH Frontman Ivan Moody's Sister Has A Restraining Order Against Him

Things go from bad to worse for the Five Finger Death Punch frontman.

Things go from bad to worse for the Five Finger Death Punch frontman.

Yesterday, we reported that a woman alleging to be the wife of Ivan Moody, Holly Smith, was filing for divorce from the Five Finger Death Punch frontman, with claims of domestic abuse, including being thrown into a jiu jitsu choke. Later in the day, Five Finger guitarist Zoltan Bathory released a statement denying that Moody is even married and that he does not know jiu jitsu.

Well, Moody is now officially on the TMZ radar and they are looking into him like a hawk. Today, they report that Moody's younger sister, Sandra Dykes had filed a restraining order back in September claiming her brother harassed her and made threats towards their mother.

Dykes claims that Moody is not a fun drunk, saying when he drinks and does drugs he has a "history of violence with women" and Dykes had to file the order when Moody accused her, their mother and even his own daughter of stealing his money. Dykes' restraining order was granted, and Dykes claims that Moody's mother and daughter will be filing their own.

After seeing the public drunken outburst from Moody, it's clear to see the guy needs help for his alcohol dependency.

Beyond that, it's time for Ivan to step up to the plate and make a statement here because things do not look good.

Update: Looks like Moody's manager made a statement on his behalf denying the divorce accusations, but not the restraining order.
