When Tool announced a limited amount of physical, deluxe editions of their new album, Fear Inoculum, the stock sold out almost instantly. Shortly after, Tool announced a second run of printing of these deluxe editions and then promised they would be delivered a week after ordering.
It's been months and fans haven't gotten their orders. When Tool announced yesterday, a new expanded book edition of the CD, MetalSucks noted that fans left comments on social media saying they haven't received anything!
Update: The word has gotten back to Tool, and they have issued this update.
